It’s pretty hard to target a certain size of carp, But usually just use a weighted jig head and bait it with like 4-5 corn kernels and have a float like 2 feet up. just cast out and wait.

Use dough ball. Get some peanut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and bread, and mix it all up in a big bowl until a big ball if formed. Pinch a piece off and mold it around your hook. Use a size 2 bait-holder hook. For weight, use a big split-shot. Weight until the fish runs with your bait until you set the hook.

Me and my friend go carp fishing at his pond and we nail them with straight up nightcrawlers, ive also caught carp on just bread rolled into a bass but worms seem to work the best. one of my other friends has good luck on Pillsbury cookie dough rolled onto the hook

well you want to make a Bollie…you can make one by cooking up eggs, cereal, peanut butter, flour and all sorts of odd things. Just check “Carp Bollies” on google and you should find some awesome recipies. Carp fishing takes patience, you’ll see guys waiting for hours with 3 poles all casted out in 3 different directions off the bank. Also, its hard to always target where the carp are, I’ve seen many Carp on one side of the lake one day, then the next I didn’t see any. With Carp though, you want to fish off the bottom. I suggest at least having 2 poles (better three) and letting one of those homemade bollies sit on the floor of the body of water…then crack open a beer a wait to see if its your lucky day, Carp can be difficult to catch.
